The APPG on Taxation’s next meeting focusing on the Opposition’s response to the Autumn Budget 2018 will take place at 11.30am on Wednesday 5th December.
Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury Peter Dowd MP has very kindly agreed to speak at the meeting to outline the Opposition’s response to HM Treasury’s Budget 2018 tax-related announcements including: proposals for a new digital services tax; changes to Corporation Tax and Stamp Duty rates; amendments to tax legislation to reflect EU exit; Finance Bill 2018-19; VAT reform; and tax administration.
